What’s next
Discovery Sprint
2 weeks and what's next?
As part of the Product Discovery Sprint, you will receive a recommendation for further work from us.
Our experience tells us that it’s a good idea to start by testing your product idea with potential customers.
Step 2
Prototype user testing
This can be structured exploratory research such as scenario-supported in-depth IDI interviews or even informal conversations and feedback gathering. By doing this we can vastly improve the initial concept.
Step 3
MVP Design
The logical next step is creating the working prototype that will help answer the question of usefulness and value that is delivered by solution that we want to create. This is the time to test, validate and improve the final solution.
Step 4
Agile implementation
This is the process that directs us from the prototype to the final product by executing a flexible project plan based on developing small portions of the final solution. We have many partners that we work with at this stage of development.
Step 5
Product launch
A product launch is a coordinated effort to bring a new solution to the market. We can support this process providing knowledge and expertise regarding the clients, market or competition.
Step 6
Optimisation and analytics
Even after product launch, we can always improve things, adapt to new needs of the consumers or changing market landscape. We love working long term on products or services, so we can also be there for improvements.
