Digital Employee Experience Navigator (DEEN)

Digital Employee Experience Navigator (DEEN) is a framework that helps you continuously evaluate the effectiveness of your Digital Employee Experience (DEX) systems, such as an intranet. With DEEN, you can quickly and easily identify areas for improvement and optimise your strategy.

Let's talk about DEEN in your organisation
  • Why do you need DEEN?

DEEN helps your DEX strategy become truly data-driven. Use the framework in the kickoff phase of your project to determine fitting objectives or after the launch to ensure you are navigating in the right direction. DEEN makes you focus on what matters to your business and your employees.

  • What will the results be?

With DEEN, you have a clear strategy for your DEX, an index of tailored goals, specified metrics, and a ready-to-use technical setup to calculate your DEX performance.

As a part of DEEN, we help you keep all the statistics in one place. This will help you understand how your DEX performs against your established metric.

Then, based on the outcomes, you can make adjustments as needed to ensure your DEX is meeting the needs of your employees and providing value to your company.

How much does DEEN cost?

We estimate the costs individually, based on your organisation’s size and user experience maturity. This ensures that the framework is tailored to your needs and that you are only paying for the services that are relevant to your organisation.
