The Process Discovery workshop helps organisations to identify areas with automation potential. The classic approach, known as process mining, mainly involves analysing system data.

Our approach provides a clearer insight into how and why a given process can be optimised. The workshop focuses on the company’s actual processes and cost efficiency, allowing employees to spend more time on tasks that require greater attention.

What is the optimisation process?

  • We begin with workshops designed to understand and map business processes.
  • Next, we select the most suitable technologies, ranging from simple automation solutions to advanced AI algorithms.
  • We then develop a new process flow that takes automation into account, designing an intuitive user interface in the process.
  • We then create a prototype (proof of concept, or POC), train the AI model and test its effectiveness in handling the new process.

How do we work?

The discovery process has been divided into smaller milestones. The main focus is, of course, the workshop, in which we will explore the initial process that we selected together.

Another important step is to prepare for the workshop. Before we sit down together to plan the process, we need to gain a better understanding of who the solution will support and how it will be used.

Taking into account user needs and business and process requirements when implementing automation or AI guarantees that it will be done in a way that significantly increases efficiency without unnecessarily adding to the workload of costly employee training.
