Over 20 years of experience in research, consulting, and service design. She holds a degree in Sociology from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and completed User Centered Design studies at SWPS University in Katowice. Maria worked with both public and private organisations worldwide.

CX Researcher

Graduate of the Digital Design programme at the Pedagogical University in Kraków and postgraduate User Experience studies at SWPS University in Wrocław. At EDISONDA, Magdalena works as a researcher, conducting exploratory qualitative studies and usability testing.
